It certainly is! I was stunned to see them looking so good so quickly. I didn’t know if they’d stand back up at all, to be honest.

At the moment, it looks like the storms are calming down as they get closer and we hope they don’t fire up again like last night. We had no warning at all that we’d get clobbered so hard. There was another large chunk of tree knocked out by lightning as well as a lot of other debris scattered around. Thankfully no building damage.

Well, the rain would be nice, but you sure don’t need any more of that kind of violence. Very lucky one of those big branches didn’t hit the house or other outbuildings!
