Heh. Isn’t 128 the road where they drive on the break down lanes during rush hour?
Yeah. They have a ton of rules up there they can pull you over for, stupid stuff really (my friend has to take off his handicap placard unless he’s parked, or he’ll get cited for “obstructed view”).
However, in this case, the cops do NOYHING as they’re whizzing down the breakdown lanes—both sides—at top speed.
What happens if you actually break down??!!
