I hope they build their missiles with the same proficiency that they use on the parts my employer purchases from them. Based on the failure rate of some of those parts maybe we could buy some time.
Then again, perhaps, like fruit and vegetable caners who buy only the best for their canned produce, leaving the seconds to go to grocery stores ... so your parts are the seconds and their missiles have the best parts ... never sell your enemies short ...

China is not iraq. urging complacence is foolhardy. ‘Experts’ are frequently wrong, but there is no way to test their accuracy until after the fact.
