The US should grant special refugee status to the 4.5 million South African citizens who are under threat by the racist South African government.

Everyone was much better off. Certainly safer. What people are never told there WAS a solid black middle class during apartheid. I don’t know the exact numbers, I’d bet it was small but it did exist.

Agreed. And here’s the documentary by Lauren Southern—very informative and well done.

Yeah ... then "the world" demanded that power be transferred to the perpetrators of this:

Because democracy. Or some such drivel.

Another thing to keep in mind is that there can’t really even be any justification for this (such as it would be) on the basis of whites “stealing the land from blacks.”

As best as scholarship can tell, the Bantus didn’t even start moving into the area that became South Africa until *after* Dutch emigrants had already started moving in.

Even though it’s on the African continent, in this particular case, whites really, actually, truly are the first people to have owned the land being disputed.

The land is useless if people have no clue what to do with it

As the report says, "two game farms in the northern province of Limpopo are the first to be targeted for unilateral seizure "

I know the area well. Game farms are established in areas that are largely infertile, but can support indigenous wildlife [that evolved to live in these areas]. If you are good at wildlife management, good at dealing with people, good at providing an international scale of hospitality - lodging, cuisine, wines and liquors - good at providing high quality guides, good and serving either the photographic safari crowd or the hunting safari crowd (and the business do not mix together at all) and build up a rep over a number of years you can make a marginally profitable go of the venture. Lacking any of that, just one thoroughly disgusted client reporting on the internet, and your business will tank in a heartbeat.

With capital, water, and high tech agricultural equipment you might be able to turn the land into some sort of farming operation (although the fact that it hasn't suggests that that is no a profitable option - there is a reason it is a game farm). But small landholding production will not support the farmers farming it much less an extended population.

It's sort of like socializing a space-rocket factory. It's rocket science and you will very quickly be out of the rocket business.

How can they?

South Africa enacted extremely strict gun control after black rule through the ANC took place. Specifically so that things like this could eventually happen without having to worry about armed resistance.

This is no surprise. This once great country succumbed to to our very liberal foreign policy, making commie socialist, Mandela a hero. This country was settled by Dutch settlers as was Rhodesia and now they are more racist than in their apartheid days, and nothing more than garbage pits.

This is coming soon to a country near you.

Whites are demonized as default villains throughout what remains of Western Civilization.

That provides a basis for doing harm to dehumanized Whites, from taking the land of Whites, to committing acts of violence against them.

Understand how bad it can get.

Be prepared.

South Africa was a much better place under apartheid.

Let's not get carried away there. It certainly was better for some people, but it still was wrong, just the same.

I used to think that.

However, observing what has actually happened has convinced me that the real lesson of South Africa from the past 40 years is not that apartheid was bad, but that multiculturalism/diversity in a democratic setting is a terrible idea that eventually always blows up, one way or another.

Both are bad in their own ways.

Like I said, I think the best possible outcome for South Africa was to have a good man, like Chief Buthelezi control post-Apartheid SA, rather than Mandel. Reagan met Buthelezi and came away very impressed with him.

Many of them have tried immigrating to the United States but were unsuccessful at finding legal ways in.

It certainly was better for some people

It was better for everybody except the communist racist monsters who seized power with their boxes of matches and their "necklaces".

I have a feeling that South Africa’s growing wine industry will soon crumble under this fascism. Too bad as South Africa is producing some world class wines. South Africa will soon join Zimbabwe and Venezuela as socialist dung heaps

Had a South African Shiraz (mixed with Viogner) some months ago. Best 13 dollar bottle of Shiraz I've ever tasted. Leatherwood Farms, if they still exist at this point.
