A Soulard resident’s return home came with quite the unwelcoming surprise when an unknown gunman tried to make his way inside.
“There’s a part of me that’s still in shock,” said the homeowner, who wants to remain anonymous.
The homeowner caught the intense encounter all on his surveillance video.

When you see teens in hoodies in the middle of August, chances are they are up to no good.
I have surveillance cameras around my house. If that vehicle had license plates I would have been able to pick them up.
From the story: “I need to get the hell out of here and call 911,” the man said.
He really needed to get his loaded 1911, blow the hell aout of the intruder and call the cops and coroner.
A motive is still unclear in this incident.
We are talking about Souldard here. Hippie and liberal bastion, they don’t believe in guns. Sad, the “teen” looks like just a child.
That homeowner needs a gun, a CCW, and shooting lessons and practice.
When I go to the link the page has space for a video but no video. The thumbnail on the sidebar just goes to the same page with no video.
I know where that happened at. I live in the Benton Park neighborhood east of the Soulard neighborhood. These are good areas but thugs now drive through like raiders and the government (Democrats) doesn’t care.
