That story was through except for one detail. There's no such thing as the truckers union and that they went on strike after the storms. Simply not true. There is not one single trucker union. There are several. The drivers in my company are Teamsters and most showed up to work. EVERYONE on the island was affected by the storm. Those who could show up to work, did.
