I'm making some nice fresh Atlantic Ocean Scallops seasoned with a little curry, served over a little pesto sauce linguini pasta. Not sure the wine yet. Probably a Willamette (rhymes with Damnit)Pinot Noir.
Will be served in my private club car. Have reservations for 5 more people.
