This has been the case for a very long time.
Perhaps the biggest example of this in our country's history was regarding Barry Soetero, a non natural born Citizen (if we are to believe his and the media's narrative)...yet, those in position's of power were either too afraid of pushback, didn't give a damn or were/are effectively trying to destroy our country from the inside.
So, he was allowed to subvert and "necessarily transform" the country.
