A national park is actually a good example of socialism. How many people, by the way, live in national parks?

Just the few Park Rangers and those living in an RV who volunteer to help out so they can stay longer than 2 weeks. I'm not sure how many Park Rangers actually live in them. They may just pull a multi-day shift then go home for a week. There are probably some who like the solitude though and stay all the time.

What chaps my hide about our national parks is that we already pay for them through our taxes, yet get charged admission, which we're told is going to pay for the maintenance of the park.

No one lives in a national park. Socialism works well in areas with no people.
