That won't stop the Dems from claiming it's a violation. There is some gray area here. If Coen claims the money was his (and not Trumps personal funds) it becomes a campaign violation. If they take the House the Dems will draw up articles of impeachment based on this charge. And then it will be up to the RINO's in the Senate to stand with the President - and that's a scary thought
