House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) on Wednesday said impeaching President Trump is "not a priority," despite Michael Cohen's guilty plea to campaign finance violations that implicated the president.
"Impeachment has to spring from something else," Pelosi, who has long downplayed the possibility of impeachment, told The Associated Press.

"If and when the information emerges about that, we'll see," Pelosi said. "It's not a priority on the agenda going forward unless something else comes forward."

That isn’t the signature date, that is a form version date. It could very well be that the negotiated agreement was negotiated off of a form agreement and they simpy didn’t change the version number as they modified terms and conditions. It happens all of the time in contract negotiations.

Look for yourself. It is a standard letter format, not a form. The “Rev. 04.24.2018” appears in the footer of each page. It might be a “form date”, that really doesn’t make much sense since there is no “form” to date. It was signed and dated “8/21/18” by Cohen and his lawyer Guy Petrillo, (NOT Lanny Davis!!).
My conclusion is that Cohen agreed to this back in April and part of the deal was to sign and announce it when the Deep State thought it would be most to their advantage.
Not a priority is not the same as won’t happen. Nutty Nancy likely means there won’t be an impeachment vote unless she is sure there’s a majority in favor.
Impeach Trump and the Lives of Leftist Media won’t be worth a plug nickel.
