Mueller WILL present an impeachment report to Congress. That’s a foregone conclusion now. It doesn’t matter whether the dems take control or not...it will give the rinos and neverTrumpers a fig leaf in which to impeach. And they WILL. They will be compelled to uphold the rule of law dontchaknow.
