No mention of signage or flagging. 150k is reasonable to me. Dang, they killed his dog and I imagine the kid got really sick for a while. The gov. should pony up.

Would a cyanide headache ever stop happening? $150k isnt enough.
Using these things anywhere people might go in hiking, etc. is negligence in itself, signs or not.

Imagine if a private company put up something like that with no visible warnings, or maybe a rancher from Nevada. Think of the potential liability, but oh no it’s the federal government where there is no liability for even common sense failure. Forget common law I’m talking about complete disregard of common sense.
