All simple stuff, easily reversible.
Just go get their checklist and do things like take the stove/oven out (for a bit), remove electrical covers, etc.
Needs to be enough to make sure a blind inspector won’t accidentally pass it.
Sounds like fraud to me. You should be charged with lying to the government.
