So far I’ve been able to deal with my back tantrums with ice and heat but no pain meds other than aspirin. A high tolerance for pain helps. Just have to be careful how I do stuff and can manage. A little here, a little there. I’m grateful every day to be able to pull it off. Things could be worse.
I don’t take pain meds...I’m too old to do that. I take aspirin and sometimes heavy duty ibuprophen. I see no pain lessening but know it’s good for inflammation and hope it’ll help shorten the “do nothing” phase!
Today is the best day I’ve had in 3 weeks and I thanked God for it over and over!
