No Trump should grow some balls and fire him!
Trump wants him to resign. Sessions does not seem to get the memo apparently and wants to be humiliated.
Whatever Trump's weaknesses may be, that isn't one of them.
We see the public theater created by Trump with his tweets and interviews, but we have no idea what is going on behind the scenes. Anyone who thinks he knows the behind the scenes machinations in DC is naive at best and delusion at worst.
Trump's base, we deplorables, trust him to do his best given whatever unseen constraints might be holding him back.
But whatever he is or isn't doing, a lack of courage is not a factor.
Thats next if he doesnt comply.
I don't think that's the problem. Trump needs a wheelbarrow to carry his around in.
It's not a matter of "growing balls". It's a matter of understanding the consequences. Immediately upon firing Sessions, Rod Rosenstein becomes Acting Attorney General. He stays there until a new Attorney General is appointed, and then approved by the Senate. This is subject to all the delays and squabbling typical of the Senate, though even more so if Sessions were to be fired. This could take months.
Very recently, Grassley (of the Judicial Committee, which must approve the nomination), and McConnell, who decides on all Senate votes, have publicly indicated they could attempt this AFTER THE MID-TERMS. Any other timing would be foolish.
Rumor is he is waiting until after the midterms.
