Tritium is easy to come by here on earth. What is available from the moon is He3, which is part of an "easy" to initiate fusion reaction which is aneutronic:

"3He can be used in fusion reactions by either of the reactions 2H + 3He → 4He + 1p + 18.3 MeV, or 3He + 3He → 4He + 2 1p+ 12.86 MeV." (from Wikipedia).
