So the accusation is....

Trump paid the money (his own account)? It was recorded as a legal fee. Was it a tax deduction? Then they are going to charge him for it not being a legal fee? Fraud? Tax evasion?

What a joke.

If I'm understanding correctly the claim is that it was paid by the corporation which treated it as an expense that reduced corporate income for tax purposes. The problem I would think would be is that for a private company like The Trump Organization how can you separate Trump's income from the company's? And unless Trump deducted it then how do you prove fraud?

Joke indeed. So he spends $66 million of his OWN money on his campaign but needs to illegally grab a lousy $130k to shut down a porn star? It does not compute.
