Those eight people range in age from 39 to 71 and are from European countries such as Germany, Poland and Italy as well as countries such as El Salvador, Mexico, Haiti and Korea. The department did not specify if the individual was from North Korea or South Korea.
The Justice Department stated that a grand jury also charged a 26-year old from Mexico “with fraud and misuse of visas, permits, and other documents, and voting by an alien.”
A 58-year-old from the Dominican Republic pleaded guilty to “passport fraud and voting by an alien,” according to the release.
The department also said a grand jury had indicted a 66-year old for “aiding and abetting” one of the defendants charged with making a false claim of US citizenship to register to vote.

This needs to be done on a MUCH more expansive scale. The President claimed there were millions of fraudulent votes in 2016 and I believe him. Jeffy you ain’t fooling anybody with this penny annie bull$&@! But this is an example of what the very powerful DOJ can do to set the agenda but it needs to be on a much larger scale to mean anything. If we had a real AG he would be going after the massive fraud that is the democrat party.
Unfortunately the one we have doesn’t seem to give you know what, otherwise Hillary would be behind bars by now.
Fine-wise alone....you could get up into the $100k to $300k range. Most cases that I’ve seen...the fine is a minimum of $10,000. Add up your attorney cost, it could be $20,000 that you cough up for one stupid vote.
Everytime you register, it ought to be in bold letters at the bottom...if you fraudulently register or double-vote, your fine is automatically $150,000 (no waiver or DA getting you off the hook), and a minimum of 12 months in some state prison, for each time you voted illegally.
No mention of which party they voted for. Though I have a pretty good guess.
Gee, they caught 19 of them... out of about 10 million illegal votes by these people each election. I’m sure glad they’re cracking down on this. /sarc
A good place to start draining the swamp is to go all out seeking and severely punishing election fraud. Those voting illegally are violating the civil rights of those voting legally.
