Yeah the dems are all political all the time. They see an opportunity to cross over using McCain as a vehicle and they are riding it all the way as far as they can.At least until they start chatting: impeach!, impeach!, impeach! again. Which will take about 72 hours to start up again.
Gov Ducey has no particular debt to pay the McCain’s...look for him to pick former pols Kyl, Shadegg, or Salmon. I doubt he’d go with Tuesday’s runner up to McSally—likely to be Kelli Ward—unless it’s a virtual tie, which Sheriff Joe has undercut.
Trump has already said everything he needs to say in a tweet about McCain he can(and should) let Pence do the rest.
Would a President attend a Senate funeral anyway? Isn’t that the VP’s job?
