I hope so. The ONLY way to quit smoking is to QUIT. After three or four days, which will be miserable, the nicotine will be gone from your body. After that you have to fight the mental addiction.
I quit in 1999. Have wanted a cigarette every day since. But I know if I had not stopped back then, I wouldn't be here today.
