The rich and powerful are able to do things the vast majority of us cannot, for instance, establish a time of death at their whim. No ones dies a day after they are taken off of treatment. He may have died a week or two ago or committed suicide. I am sure many of us have experienced someone who stopped treatment and watched the clock. Did they die in 24 hours? My father-in-law had Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia and was receiving all sorts of cocktails to try to fight it. He also was on dialysis too in combination with the cocktails. I was present when the doctor presented the bad news that they could do no more and he had 2 weeks to live, get your house in order. He died in 1 1/2 weeks give or take a few but not 24 hours. The family picked the date. I think McCain squealed like a pig one final time but this time he revealed all the things he did and things that are planned. Get out the popcorn.

The media will be tripping over their own left feet lavishing praise on J. McCain. It will be similar to when Betty Ford died back in 2011. Even Michelle Obama was there.
Palin wanted to barnstorm the upper Midwest, forecasting what Trump did in 2016. Instead the McCain campaign shut down even talking about contesting Michigan days after her “hockey moms” speech electrified the GOP convention. The hockey moms were ready to fight so hard for and with Sarah and the GOPe just brushed them aside.
Sarah is far more gracious than McCain will ever deserve.

Yes she is a class act. But you can read between the lines. McCain used, abused and threw Sarah away as it suited him. He was NOT her friend. He was a Machiavellian villain of the worst kind.

McCain was many things - I honor him for the service he did his nation in the military, his bravery as a POW - and he did select Palin to be his running mate. But he was not a conservative. 40 years ago, he’d have been a Scoop Jackson Democrat. He was also petty, vindictive, and a sore loser, putting his ego and personal vanity before the best interests of the nation time and again as a senator.
Probably malignant jealousy did him in. Jealous of Sarah. Jealous of Trump. Who knows who else? He had to be the star at all times.
Classy? You betcha, especially after McLame stabbed her in the back.
