A federal judge dealt a blow Saturday to President Donald Trump’s efforts to “promote more efficient” government, ruling that key provisions of three recent executive orders “undermine federal employees’ right to bargain collectively” under federal law. U.S. District Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson said Trump had “exceeded his authority” in issuing the orders.

Absolutely Job #1 is to sweep these activist thugs aside.

That and start going RICO on Obama’s OFA from whence all this crap emanates.

As soon as we have a functional AG with a clean deck of prosecutors.

Only because Congress Allows them to, CONGRESS is their Daddy, CONGRESS “ordained and established” the lower courts. CONGRESS Has Direct Authority over What type of cases they can hear. CONGRESS can Forbid the Lower Courts from Hearing ANY CASE THEY CHOOSE, They can also STOP the Supreme Court from hearing any case in an appellate fashion they so choose.

CONGRESS IS THEIR DADDY!!!

You can shrug this ruling off. She’s got no say in executive actions.

Jail for judges, who violate the actual law of USA, esp. USConstitution.

I have been in civil service for 10 years (law enforcement), and I have come to some disappointing conclusions.

1.Most employees are well qualified for the initial positions they were hired for.

2. Things go off the rails in the promotion system, which rewards the wrong kind of people. There is no real evaluation of employees so you are just as likely to promotes idiots as superior performers.

3. Buereaucracy hurts every employee in the performance of their duties. The systems in place to make things fair hurt every American as much or more than favoritism would hurt some Americans.

4. The procurement system has entered a new phase of pain. It used to be you could make a procurement decision and the difficulty was making the money arrive at the same time. Now the money is easier than the procurement decision. You can spend years trying to buy a piece of gear and now you have to budget in the time from the protest from the losers.

The trouble I see is that Sessions or whoever is responsible for the proper response keeps bowing to these judges unlawful rulings.

Rogue judges seem to have no problem “exceeding their authority”.

If you're against voting for RINOs, your battleground is in the primaries. In November, our choices are whether or not President Trump gets impeached.

Spot-on. The time to defeat the RINO's and GOP-E is in the primaries. Those who'll sit home in November because their choice didn't win the party nod in the primary will be cutting off their nose to spite their face and screwing the country in the process.

Well judgette, you don’t get to decided what the president does and doesn’t do with the powers that he’s vested with. So, as far as your ruling? Denied! Next.

Where do these people get this stuff? If Congress had any balls, they'd pimp-slap this idiot until she understood both separation of powers and executive powers.

It’s up to the SCOTUS to determine that, not some insignificant federal judge.

IIRC, JFK authorized fed gov unionization by executive order. PDJT should issue a new order rescinding JFK’s.
