I have resided in Jacksonville the last 20 years — this occurred apparently at the Jacksonville Landing — it is not really a shopping mall. It is where the orchestra hall and Moran theater are. It was a place where Jacksonville was to be regentrified, however at this time it has not taken off. Please realize that this is not a mall like most think of.
It’s also a gun-free zone.
