I do think Ms. Kelli Ward hurt herself by what she said this past weekend about the issue of the timing of the end of Sen. McCain’s cancer treatment. I suspect he was in hospice care by the time announcement went out. Whatever your viewpoint is on McCain,she shot herself in the feet.
Kelli made a dozen major errors. I won’t list them here, but I had joined her team as an unofficial advisor back in Oct. 2016, and sadly little of my advice was taken.
She had a window in 2017 to nail down the nomination and exclude others, but couldn’t reel it in.
