Howdy, PRO!

A road trip to check out the Ordnance Museum would be cool, wouldn’t it?

Are y’all catching any of the cold air streaming in or is it coming down east of your area? BRRRRR, hard to think about snow in August!

Well that stinks! I was just checking out the museum site and thinking how cool it would be to check it all out in person.

Well howdy there, tx!
Dang the luck getting here too late to “see” in real time.
Other than the “been a little busy around here” part, I hope things are going swimmingly.

Howdy, radu!

How was your day today? Was it over-the-top humid again?

It was 100 here and then it rained! Cooled it right down to the low 80s. Felt so good!

Tessa made it over. I got Stubbs inoculated, but then when she tried to poke Junior and Grey...as I held them by the scruff...they threw a fit and I got scratched on both arms. LOL. The meds are only good for 24 hours, but I don’t know how we’re going to get it done now. I think it’s $62 down the drain. Darn cats!

Parts went elsewhere. The collection is still not on public display. The museum is still under construction. Part of the reason for moving the museum was that it is a study aid to those in the OC&S. No rush to study, I suppose.

Hi Kathy!

Yup, smoke is all gone for the time being, bright, beautiful sunshine today, and we are cooling down, high '70's today which suits me fine.

Hey radu!

We have cooled down a bit but only into the high '70's, and it's welcomed too!

Smoke has disappeared too which is great, I was choking on it!

Nothing much else happening here, a bit of grocery shopping and relaxation.

Howz things your way?

Howdy, LUV!

Yep, it was mighty muggy and hot today and going to be this way all week. They call for rain later in the week but it won’t cool things off much.

Glad you got rain today and that it dropped your temps so much. A welcome relief for y’all.

I was afraid it would be hard to get all the kittens dosed at once. At least you got one taken care of but how to get the rest remains to be seen, huh? Might have to wait until you have them tame enough to take them to the clinic.

Whew! Lucky you, cooling down to comfy instead of freezing like some of states out that way.

And YAY, the smoke’s gone at last! I reckon all of you are thrilled about that. Had to be misery to go outside for any reason.

Still hot and steamy here and will be all week. We have a ways to go before it starts cooling down to comfy levels.
And before long, we’ll be whining about it being too cold. LOL

I’m just ticked that I paid for all that medicine and now it’ll probably have to be thrown away.

We’re going to try...TRY...to dump them into the kitty carrier tomorrow afternoon and she’ll come stick them while in there. Maybe. If that doesn’t work, I guess they’re on their own. One of them I can’t get NEAR, so he’ll just have to take his chances with life. And I still don’t know their sex. The minute she walked out the back door they scattered like roaches. Even with food in the dish.

I hope the mugginess goes away before long. I know it really gets to you. Hard to have the energy to do anything!
