I have signed many non-disclosure agreements and have been the only signatory. The duty to perform, not disclose information given or about the named party, is only incumbent on the one signatory.

Add this headline to the ever growing list of bullshit charges about DJT.POTUS to the max.

Every day, a new false dawn in the lives of those living under the yoke of the Trump tyranny, forcing a higher standard of living and unlimited optimism upon them.

"The duty to perform, not disclose information given or about the named party, is only incumbent on the one signatory."

The signature binds the signing party to perform their part of the agreement. If one party's obligation is to transfer cash and the cash has been transferred, then there is no longer a function for that party's signature.
