Man squeezed more out of military hero status than anyone in our nation’s history. Many paid a much higher price and got less in return.
Jesus didn’t get a funeral but this guy gets to lie in state in three locations, has a cross-country procession, is eulogized by ex-presidents and other dignitaries and is buried in honor at his alma mater. Someone explain this to me. I pity the poor security guard in the future who’ll have to guard his grave against those wishing to pay their last respects.
