It would be interesting to go back to 2008, and that moment when McCain called Palin, and for a brief moment Palin considered the offer of VP, and declined (knowing the idiot that McCain was).
Palin would have gone on in 2010 to run for the Senate seat against Lisa Murkowski, and likely run. She would have sat around the Senate for six years and maybe been President Trump’s VP.
McCain would have lost the Presidential election in the biggest landslide in history. Conservatives were already onto his RINO ways and showing no enthusiasm to vote for him. He picked Palin so conservatives would have a reason to vote for him.
