No shit! Unless you're saying the terms are interchangeable, then you're agreeing with me.

Technically there's no such thing as 'wet cement.' When water is added to cement alone, it becomes cement paste. When the owner tries to clean up his mess, he will inevitably find sand in the matrix, so even if 'wet cement' was a real term, it would be incorrect here.

Does anyone with the brains God gave a billy goat interchange 'flour' and 'cake'?
