Judge dismisses ALL charges against THREE of the New Mexico Muslim terrorist suspects!!
Fox ^

Unbelievable!!

The child abuse charges against Lucas Morton, Subhannah Wahhaj and Hujrah Wahhaj were dropped, while those against fellow defendants, Siraj Ibn Wahhaj and Jany Leveille, remain.

Now you may be asking what is this 10-day rule. Apparently the suspects have the right to a preliminary hearing within 10-days of their arrest, and the state apparently violated that right.

More vomit inducing info about this at link:

Can they be recharged and then given the proper hearing? If not, somebody could kill 100 people in plain sight and go forever free just because a prosecutor failed to schedule, even if the failure was deliberate.

Should’nt these be Federal terrorism crimes, why are they being charged in the state?

My totally unverified hypothesis. Someone didn’t want these creeps either kept in custody or to go to trial. Whoever or whatever that entity is has a real effective invisible hand.

Cover-up. This was an FBI op training false flags.

Paired with the facts that the FBI ignored calls from local LEO and they rushed to bulldoze the camp, well...

I’d say the Government SOMEHOW had something to do with this training camp.

Maybe simply a sting..?

I don’t know, but they really, REALLLY want this story to go away.

This smells like Fast & Furious, or Vegas, or Oklahoma City.

It sounds like there were government assets involved, legitimately or in a more stinky way.

This ruling won’t stand. He’s probably an ACLU member.

Sounds also vaguely similar to the “Draw Muhammed” shootout with muzzies in Garland Texas.

The FBI had an asset who drove WITH them, exiting the vehicle only seconds before the shooting starting.

The asset had been pumping them up like a HS football coach with, “Tear up Texas...!”

What is a bust, vs what is INCITEMENT...? I’d say that was already blurry and now is.....indistinguishable.

I agree completely.

People can strrrrruggle with this story all they want as long as their assumption coming in is that there were no government assets involved:

Then it’s all outrageous and illogical.

If something snaps and you instead approach it with the thinking that “Our Betters” had a hand in it somehow, then it all makes much more sense:

1. Not insterested in pursuing the multiple leads local cops called in

2. Deeply uninterested in prosecuting anyone involved

3. Hurried effort to physically destroy (non..?!) crime scene

Put that stuff together and what you unmistakably have is a government cover-up big-time.

The only legitimate excuse for me would be they have a highly productive asset in place with good cover who has made his/her bona fides and a big investigation at this early point would foul that all up.

That’s the only thing I can think of.

But I think that’s BS.

Follow the money.

<>Look at the photo of the white cargo van. The logo national truck rental company is still visible and the inventory number of the rig is still on the upper driver’s side of the box. The ownership chain might be interesting.

<>Look at the photos of the beds inside the cargo box and the RV trailer buried inside the plastic tent. Looks like some type of child abuse charges are plainly evident.

<>How were the living expenses funded for the past eight (8) months?

<>How did one of the women get a message out to her friends/associates in Georgia in which she allegedly begged for food? Did one of alphabet spy agencies (CIA / FBI / ATF / Homeland Security) monitor the electronic transmission?

<>How did the berms and soil grading on the site get funded? Did the occupants pay a local heavy equipment operator in New Mexico to do the work? If so, how was the operator paid?

<>Were any of these people, the adults, receiving public assistance, such as food stamps or other government funded transfer payments?

<>If the conditions at the encampment are squalid, then who arranged to have the pristine white sheet available for the head and body wrap of the females at the hearing? How many other inmates in New Mexico are allowed to wrap themselves in a body covering for their booking photo?

<>Have the 11-children been returned to the custody of their parents?

<>Someone in this group is a government “asset”, the whole doggone deal appears to be a made-for-media field trip and training exercise.

There are questions that need answers.

Bush’s Mueller is the one who did conferences with CAIR and Muslim Brotherhood at the FBI. It continued with “we want you to be successful” Obama. There is a sickness in government, these people at the FBI are not right in the head

Assume there was a highly placed gov asset in place. It would be deeply disturbing that the crimes against children would’ve been a necessary evil.
