Criminal Misconduct: During an appearance Wednesday night on Fox News‘ Sean Hannity program, network legal analyst and attorney Gregg Jarrett suggested that judges on the secretive FISA court should call in Deep State figures from Obama’s FBI and Justice Department and press charges against them for allegedly misrepresenting information used to get a spying warrant on a Trump campaign figure.
And not long after Jarrett’s appearance, POTUS Donald Trump voiced his approval for that legal strategy.

I don’t think the FISA court judges can “level charges”; other than contempt. That would make them prosecutors. I don’t even think (less confident about this claim) they have a means of expressing outrage over the trash that has been fed them.
There is already somebody looking at FISA abuses. Likely, Trump knows what the investigation is going to show. He is just fanning the flames prior to release. Gin up the base while getting those folks who hate him to talk crap.....only to be exposed as wrong and complicit down the road.

You mean the Chief Just Us who unconstitutionally declared Obamacare to be a tax, even though Congress, whose duty the levying of taxes is, never passed such a tax? That deceitful sell-out?
This country is based upon the concept of equal justice. If we only have political justice, and that is wielding the power of the justice system to punish political opponents, then we are headed for a split down the middle, and the settling of disputes by other means.
