Yet another example of extreme TDS. Planning for not only Trump's exit from office but on how to send him down the memory hole via a new type of Journolist consortium.

Australia’s Ambassador to Washington DC is on a visit to Australia:

31 Aug: SBS: AAP: Hockey says ‘formidable’ Trump will be re-elected
Australia’s ambassador to the US, Joe Hockey, says Donald Trump is one of the most formidable politicians he’s seen in his life and is backing him for re-election
Australia’s ambassador to the United States says Trump is authentic, not as aggressive in person as he is on Twitter, and is underestimated by many people.
“He is one of the most formidable politicians I’ve ever seen in my life,” he told Sydney’s 2GB radio...

Mr Hockey, in Australia this week, said he’s had a number of private engagements with the president - including some fairway therapy, most recently in April - and admired his “very inquisitive mind”.
“He’s always asking questions about ‘what do you think of this? What do you think of that?’...
The former Liberal treasurer felt there was a lot of momentum behind him in the US, and lauded him for fulfilling his promises to cut taxes, boosting the American economy, tearing up the Trans-Pacific Partnership, pulling out of the Paris climate agreement and moving the US embassy in Israel to Jerusalem.
“When is the last time you had a president like that?
“If I was a betting man I would say you would bet that he’d be re-elected.”...

The left lives in a perpetual fantasy, delusion they created. It is scary.

Everyone else gets to be “former President so-and-so”.

Only Trump will be an “ex-President”.

That’s what I call thinking ahead! They have until January 2025 to prepare for this.

But wait, I thought the left thought that he was a facist nazi. They never leave office. There will be no post Trump era because Don Jr will just take over the throne and then after 40 years of that dictatorship, Baron’s up next.

At least that’s what I thought they thought.

Well, I, and probably 99% of the FReepers here, can relate, as I prepared for Obama’s departure from almost day 1 of his presidency. He was so bad that I thought surely he’s going to be beat by Romney...but no...4 more years of preparing, waiting for his departure....

Well professor, if you’re still alive and employed in 2024, you’ll have to ask yourself which of Trump’s policies President Pence might change?

We must watch the sky for signs and portents of President Trump leaving office. The first will be the sun going dark over much of the country starting the nine and a half month countdown.

How in the world does DNCNN consider wishful thinking news? How about you look into the Ohr scandal and do your stinking job.

“Remember: This is the only presidential candidate in recent memory who refused, even when he appeared to be on the brink of losing the election, to commit to accepting the outcome of the vote.”

They have a very short memory. Hello? Al Gore in 2000 where DemocRats attempted to count and recount votes in a very few deep blue Florida counties until the SC put a stop to it by a 7-2 vote.

Sounds like Stalin's practice of removing people from photographs when they fell into disfavor. With Photoshop, the Never-Trumpers' task will be easier than that of their Soviet predecessors.

It will be impossible to send Trump’s new judges from circuit to Supreme Court down any memory hole. Any reversal of Trump’s tax cuts will sink the economy. Trump’s defense strength revival will remain also. Trump’s trade deals won’t go away either.

This guy is screwed.

They’re only about 6 1/2 years too early...and the advice will have to be for us Trump supporters, who will then be on the verge of suffering life-long withdrawal symptoms (well, unless Don, Jr. runs for POTUS in 2036 or so).

I say Trump should get a 6 yr first term to make up for the nonsense he has had to deal with for almost 2 yrs now with this Witch Hunt by Mueller and company.
