Good Job Ted!
Keep it up Ted and keep focused on TX.
There is plenty to fix in TX without worrying what IA farmers are doing.

We don’t really need the rank n file conservative to do what I just told you. We have all the right people in place plus the resources to do what is necessary. I could care less whether the rank n file joins us or doesn’t.

I live in Austin. All I see in my neighborhood are Beto signs. I was at an event yesterday at the park near my house and two people I thought were intelligent people talking about getting out the vote for Beto. One of whom I know is a big hunter but a dem no less. I asked him if he knew Beto wants to take his guns away and he told me I was crazy. I told he need to get better informed about what the candidate he supports is saying and walked away. You just can’t fix stupid.

Not just that, but people seem concerned that theyll be exposed to reprisals if they put up Republican signs.
BINGO! I know people who are going to vote for Cruz, but who do not want their property damaged by crazed lefties, so they are not putting signs in their yard or bumper stickers on their cars.

Now O'Rourke is
equivocating on having debates with Cruz, demanding formats where he can stack the audience with partisans.
I just heard on the radio that the debate proposed for tonight in Dallas is not happening.

“Uh, if history is a true example, they pretty much CAN rule forever if guns are removed from the hands of people. “
Uh, if history is a true example, it is going to be utterly impossible to remove guns from the hands of people in this country. There are likely somewhere between 412 million and 660 million guns in civilian hands (as of 2 years ago)
http://weaponsman.com/?p=33875, and about 1.25 million are added every month. If we use 500 million as an accurate number, and assume that each weapon has 100 rounds of ammo set aside for it (yeah, I know, that’s a very low number for most people), then we also have 50 billion rounds of ammo. The 10 largest armies on the planet, combined, couldn’t hope to defeat such a force.
Oh, and this situation isn’t exactly new...a guy named Lincoln commented on a very similar issue:
“Shall we expect some transatlantic military giant to step the ocean and crush us at a blow? Never! All the armies of Europe, Asia, and Africa combined, with all the treasure of the earth (our own excepted) in their military chest, with a Bonaparte for a commander, could not by force take a drink from the Ohio or make a track on the Blue Ridge in a trial of a thousand years. At what point then is the approach of danger to be expected? I answer. If it ever reach us it must spring up amongst us; it cannot come from abroad. If destruction be our lot we must ourselves be its author and finisher. As a nation of freemen we must live through all time or die by suicide.”
Abraham Lincoln, speech to Young Men’s Lyceum of Springield, IL on January 27, 1838

Not a genuine quote from Yamamoto. It rings true, but since it isn’t, it makes those using it (even if unwittingly) look misinformed. It is not helpful to use that quote when arguing against an informed hoplophobe.

He could still be a great Senator for Texas if he focused on that.
He might not be in trouble if he had.
Too many on the right won’t vote for ineligible candidates for him to get elected President.

They can try, but theyll only end up ruling in hell. That job is already taken, as they will find out sooner or later. Sooner if they manage to repeal the second amendment. Or more likely just ignore it and send the BATFE and FBI thugs for our guns.
