Omarosa Manigault Newman could probably use a few tweets from President Trump right about now.
The former reality star-turned-White House senior adviser has reportedly seen a dramatic dip in book sales since her Aug. 14 release of “Unhinged,” which recounts her brief time as a staffer.
According to the Washington Post, hardcover sales dropped by more than 40 percent after the first week — when she managed to sell 34,000 copies following a Trump Twitter tirade.
“When you give a crazed, crying lowlife a break, and give her a job at the White House, I guess it just didn’t work out,” the president tweeted. “Good work by General Kelly for quickly firing that dog!”
In her book, Manigault Newman accuses Trump of showing a “real and serious” mental decline, among other things.

What sales she got was probably due to Trump’s tweet. He seems to know when to troll - and when to shut up and let his enemies die on the vine.
You watch POTUS Trump at one of his Rallies, standing up there for 60 to 90 Minutes, occasionally reading some bullet points off the Teleprompter but for the most part giving a Speech that is a stream of consciousness and wonder how anyone could question his Mental Stability.
Heck, I only wish I had his Physical Stability.

Since it was predictable that this book wouldn’t earn back its advances; and since this is likely the case with a lot of the other current anti-Trump books,
you have to wonder if something other than profit-motive is
determinative in deciding which books to publish and which authors to give large advances to
and where the money is coming from...
