You are correct. Hearings probably DID take place but ALL EVIDENCE OF THAT HAS BEEN DESTROYED. This is what happens when you IDIOTICALLY KEEP criminals like Rosenstein, Ohr, etc. EMPLOYED INSTEAD OF FIRING THEM IMMEDIATELY.
The face not a single FISA judge has taken punitive action against those perpetrating fraud upon the court, that is a clear indication THEY WERE COMPLICIT IN THE FRAUD.
