Seriously, I only know one transgender, watched her grow up a cute little girl, and become a young man, then transition back to a woman. Transitioning is a poor treatment for the disorder. It sounds good but doesn’t usually provide contentment.
Your information is wildly incomplete, and a lack of research on your part does not in any way negate the wealth of information out there.
I suggest you research what is known of slave brothels in ancient times, and Roman Law regarding eunuchs.
There is far more variation within who the term applies to and how they reached that point than you are aware of.
