<>CNN first reported that John Huber, the federal prosecutor in Utah, has been investigating Republicans allegations that the FBI abused a surveillance program against a former Trump campaign adviser. Huber was reportedly looking at whether the FBI should have more thoroughly probed Hillary Clintons ties to Uranium One, a Russian nuclear energy agency.
The fly in the ointment here is that Huber is a prosecutor in Utah while the Constitution requires and prosecution of an alleged Federal crime to be made in the district where the crime is alleged to have been committed. The Omabunists and Clinton accomplices here all committed their crimes in the general areas of either DC or NYC. That being the case, it's hard to see how Hub er would even have jurisdiction to issue any subpoenas and impanel a grand jury to investigate the myriad of cases.

Qooks go nuts when you point this out, as I have on their safe-space threads. They say he has super secret Huber powers that permit him to subpoena people in other jurisdictions to testify for crimes comitted elsewhere.
What a pantload. As usual.
