Been saying it here on fr for 9 months. If you actually read the memo from Sessions to Grassley, it says Huber is doing an investigation to see if anything warrants another Special Counsel. That’s it.
And the report is to be given only to Sessions and Rosenstein. Nobody else.
So my question now, is, where is the report? Is it already done? Does Rosensessions already have it??? What does it say???
I’ll bet it’s been in their hands for awhile, and buried.
Why would their be a report at all beyond what would be routine communication between the “Attorney General’s Advisory Committee of U.S. Attorneys” (AGAC) and the AG?
