Schumer and other Senate Democrats have threatened to sue the National Archives under the Freedom of Information Act is they withhold certain Kavanaugh records from the Senate.

The RATS know they’re gonna lose this battle. They’re just trying to delay the inevitable.
I am not sure that Kavanaugh would rein in the deep state on 4th amendment issues. And what the hell are the FISA judges John Roberts picked doing? We’ll see. But much better than whomever Hillary would have picked.

Trade them for zero’s college records, passport, brit records, etc etc. Who knows what the President of Kenya brought Trump as a gift?

Let Smucky Chucky and the Dems sue the National Archives. All they will get back in 30 days is a notice that their request has been recorded and queued (until next year if they are lucky).
Friends and I inquired about a FOIA possibility and document review for a book we were working on. It would take up to 4 years before they could begin to do any work since it was not a governmental request. We would just be put down in the queue, given a number, and told to come back in 3-5 years or more.
If I’m still around in 4-5 years, I might just do a book on what is in those 3 boxes (we spoke to the contents author’s wife but she didn’t know anything since they were classified. Fortunately, we have been able to talk to some of the subjects of those documents).
Re the Dems and what they want re Kavanaugh’s records. How about letting us see the original Obama Birth certificate, his high school and all college records including law school, and the records showing him working with communist terrorist Bill Ayers on an educational project?
And then we should want to FBI records on Obama (and all his Communist Party/probable KGB contacts, from Chicago), any ties to Marxist Odinga Odinga in Kenya (CIA), any ties to the Cubans, and his ties to other Marxist groups in the US (DSA, PFO, RFA, Socialist Scholars Conferences, the records of those reds who nominated him for the Illinois Senate race in 1995 at the home of Bill “Weatherman” Ayers, and his ties to Farrakhan, Rev. Wright (who had ties to Castro’s Cuba), etc.
I could write a book about all these “ties” if we had those records. In fact, I could write about 5 books due to the amount of material that should be in those files (FBI/CIA, US Diplomatic files, etc).
Maybe I will!
