IF the FISA judges weren't in on it too, the referrals would go to who? Who or what will make the charges? The DoJ?
Had Zer0 not purged the officer corps, military tribunals might have been the answer. IMO as things stand now, there is NO trustworthy federal law enforcement entity.
Just arrest Obama, Jarrett, and Holder, and be done with it.
Lots of time is being wasted on minor characters.
Not merely courts as in finding guilt or innocence - courts regularly grantng the state permission to break every law in the book and the Constitution as they hunt for ‘crimes.’

Someone is giving the President the wrong information. The Chief Justice isn’t in charge of the FISA court, he only appoints the judges. The FISA court only approves surveillance warrants, it does not issue arrest warrants or press criminal charges. Trump has a whole Justice Department that can do that for him.
Wonder how much it costs to buy a FISA court judge these days.

DOJ and FBI lied to FISA Court regarding the information in their applications.
President Trump appropriately announces to the world that the FISA Court needs to prosecute the FBI and DOJ for perjury and obstruction of justice.
Great move by Trump to focus the issue on a fight between two corrupt organizations—the FBI/DOJ and the FISA Court.
