The judge in this FISA case....is a Bush-appointee, so she’s a uni-party player. If she doesn’t react, then a special prosecutor ought to come in and start asking some broad questions that include her conduct as well.

I think all of this is gearing up to an executive order to appoint one and possibly two additional special prosecutors. Sessions has serious problems in the next month to attend to.

Should read “...start asking the broad some questions that include her conduct as well.”

The Deep State goons are never going to turn on each other, ever. A new AG must appoint a special prosecutor from outside the US government and give them free reign with a command, find the abuses of power in the CIA, FBI, DOJ, etc... and prosecute regardless of position or consequences to them or their agencies. Right now no juror on a federal jury should believe anything presented by a DOJ prosecutor or testimony or evidence from the FBI, CIA, etc... they have no credibility and are behaving like a criminal organization.

A federal grand jury, lead by a bona fide conservative constitutional rule of law loving fed prosecutor would be much...much quicker.

I absolutely agree that Trump will be appointing a special counsel.. as head of the justice department nothing stops that. They will argue tha regulations don’t permit that.. he will annul those regulations with the stroke of a pen. I have decided he will wait until after the election and then crack down hard.

Partner, Jeff Sessions sure looks like another do nothing and say nothing Eric Holder. Jeff Sessions will be retired on the day after the 2018 Congressional elections. There is no doubt about this one.

Why do we even have a FISA court when there are all kinds of abuses with this FISA court???

We know it was put in with the W. administration but it is time to part with this disastrous secretive abuse of power. We know it was set up for those Mooselimb terrorists but we did not know it was going to be used to abuse American citizens.
