It’s okay Dad. It’s not about one daughter or son. It’s about what we stand for as a nation of laws and many of us do care people are dying so a dairy farmer could have more milk to sell. Was the milk worth it. Enjoy the next glass.
True and it is very sad the father cannot see and think straight. He probably knew his daughter’s route took her by the place. Small towns hear news fast. I would not let a female I know run past houses onto a country road these days without a man and/or friends and phones.
