Why doesn’t California, Oregon or Washington get these. East coast gets screwed everytime. So not fair.
Cold sea air going over warm California can’t give up any water this time of year. They get wind and fire.
Pacific is too cold off the US coast for hurricanes. SoCal can and did get tropical storms if they go up the Gulf of California and they get a lot of flooding rain if they do.
