An illegal alien has been charged with felony hit and run causing serious injury/death in Raleigh, NC after he struck a motorist and fled the scene early Sunday morning.
Neri Damian Cruz-Carmona, 26, hit an individual on a motorcycle at approximately 12:5 am on New Hope Church Road between Atlantic Avenue and Green Road in Raleigh, NC with his Honda and then fled the scene. According to WRAL , "the Honda was turning left onto Bonneville Court from New Hope Church Road. The Honda crashed into the motorcycle, which was traveling westbound on New Hope Church Road, when the Honda driver failed to yield the right of way."
Witnesses say the crash was horrific and left them traumatized. "I've been disturbed. I'm still disturbed talking about it," said one neighbor. "I'm traumatized. It was horrific," she said.
The victim, Jamar Rashaun Beach of Raleigh, died from injuries sustained during the crash. Cruz-Carmona left the scene but was tracked down shortly after.
Officials say Cruz-Carmona is being held on an ICE detainer at the Wake County Detention Center. It is unclear what nationality Cruz-Carmona is.
They have been averaging 30 per day for years.

In the case of the 4 year old killed in Chesterfield County VA, the illegal alien had been convicted of multiple driving without a license and at least 1 DUI.
Chesterfield did not notify ICE.
Then tbe public employees of that and any other municipality should be held both criminally and civilly liable

If one of these ugly criminal illegals commits a horrendous crime, like shooting, raping, or involving an American in a fatal auto accident, they should be taken out and shot. Very simple. You broke our laws to come here. You proved you were not up to being a law abiding occupant of our country. You broke our laws by murdering, raping, or otherwise rendering an American citizen mutilated or dead. Now it’s your turn, you ugly turd. If there was such a consequence, plus E-verify of potential employers and scrupulously making sure they didn’t get a DIME of any sort of welfare benefit, education, medical care, etc. I am quite sure the number crossing the border would go way down.
