Sunday on ABC’s “This Week,” former CIA director Leon Panetta said special counsel Robert Mueller was “getting very close to making a case for obstruction of justice” against President Donald Trump.

Additionally, a sitting president cannot be subpoenaed according to a standing DOJ policy Statement established decades ago, and it is still the stated policy of the DOJ.If PDJT is subpoenaed, it can be ignored and vacated by simple administrative application.

Trump is waiting to be charged before he de-classifies the heavily redacted documents cited as evidence for the FISA warrant. If that happens a week before the midterms, the ‘Blue Wave’ will become the ‘Blue Wisp’ and the rout of Congressional globalists will commence.
