Very true. I would only support our allies. Zero money and military in or to our detractors like Germany.

Besides, we will remember this the next time Europe is overrun by tyrants like Hitler. Good riddance and hope that you like Islam.

“I know a lot of people dislike him, a lot of people object to him, a lot of people disagree with a lot of his policies, just as I do in fact,” Varadkar said

That is the real message he is putting out...not for his countrymen to be respectful.

“But he is the president of America and the relationship between Ireland and the United States is much more important than any Irish government or any U.S. administration and I think we have to treat his office with the respect that it deserves.”

This is what the incivility of the Left has brought Western society to - we must ask the leftists to behave with some minimum level of civility when foreign leaders they don't happen to like visit.

This is the same Indian faggot who recently announced that the Catholic Church should no longer have any influence in Ireland.

He's calling for civility and respect to be shown to Trump when he visits - not sure why he deserves the insults. Given the kind of influence the Catholic Church seems to be having on kids, I tend to agree with him.

I follow this stuff pretty closely...more closely than most Americans. This Indian is a punk...a typical left wing European punk.Or in his case,"European".He's trying, among other things,to force Britain to stay in the EU through various filthy stunts.I know him well enough to know that he's just going through the motions when he calls for the "respect" of Trump. He is in the process of turning Ireland into just another filthy cesspool.

As for the Catholic Church...both here, and even more so in Europe, the Catholic Church has become the #1 target of Marxists.

I'm Irish.Because my father was born in Ireland I am,technically,an Irish citizen despite having been born here.I'm no expert on the Ireland of today (or yesteryear) but I know more about Ireland than many Americans.

Ireland has been turned into just another tawdry little European cesspool thanks largely,if not entirely,to its membership in the EU.

The EU leaders, with the enthusiastic support of the current Irish government,is attempting to do the same to fine nations like Poland,Hungary and the Czech Republic. The jury's still out on whether they'll succeed or not.

will be replacing Ireland with Hungary instead

Smart choice. Skip countries west of the Islamic Wall, ie west of Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary...

Ireland and the Nazis: a troubled history - The Irish Times
https://www.irishtimes.com/.../ireland-and-the-nazis-a-troubled-history-1.3076579
May 9, 2017 - As a neutral leader, de Valera trod a fine line between Nazi Germany and Britain, not helped by a pro-Nazi envoy in Berlin and his controversial condolences on Hitler’s death. ... A phantom hangs over Ireland’s relations with Hitler’s Germany.

Same here. What happens when you get four Irishmen together? A ‘’fifth’’ shows up.

I would rather see the president visits European countries that actually like us, such as Poland, Hungary, The Czech Republic, Romania, etc. In other words, Eastern Europe.
