If Collins tipped his son off to sell the stock, he’s in trouble for sure. I’m not sure that charge is political.

How would they know that unless they recorded the call? Did his son or future father in-law turn him in? And what was the date of the alleged offense relative to the charges being brought? Why just before the election and not before the primaries? The doj/fbi have been politically weaponized against Trump and conservatives.

Based on what I’ve read to date, it sounds like the future rather-in-law may have said something to he FBI.

The USA handling the case is pro-Trump, donated to his campaign, etc. So I’m not sure it’s a valid argument that it’s purely political. I checked and the district is solidly Republican, so I’m not sure how well the adam candidate will do regardless.
