They get a birth cert that simply says they were born on x date to so and so but are not a US citizen. They can take that to their home country for a citizenship BC.
Everything this would-be-murderer did is a felony, which would have sentences ranging from 5 years for an illegal deportee in possession of a firearm, to attempted robbery 5-10 plus while armed (another 5-10), and attempted murder, 20-LIFE.
