The Senate is a gentleman's club where decorum is expected and rules of civility and respect are to be counted on.

At least, that's how the RINOs behave toward the Democrats.

All the more reason to scrap all the make nice and respectful rules,and fer rid of any rule where the minority can have any voice at the table.
